Banana Raita (from Cabbagetown Cafe)
- 1 tb butter
- 1 tb ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamon
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 4 cups mashed bananas
- 4 cups yogurt
Melt butter and spices together. Add them to yogurt and bananas. Chill overnight or eat immediately.
Spice proportions can be varied widely.
