Peach Mango Salsa
This is an invention of my own that is blissfully simple, incredibly different than most salsas, and one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten.
- one mango, peeled and diced
- two peaches, peeled and diced
- one lemon's juice
- minced hot pepper, your favorite, to taste. (Optional.)
The peaches do not need to be fully soft, just partly ripe. That makes them easier to handle, and they will not be mush. Likewise the mango.
