Stuffing

- 3/4 cup minced onion
- 1.5 cups chopped celery
- 1 cup buter or margarine
- 9 cups soft bread cubes
- 2 tsp salt (optional)
- 1.5 tsp sage
- 1.5 tsp summer savory
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup hot broth to moisten
Fry onion and celery in butter until tender. Stir in 1/3 bread cubes. Combine all in a large bowl.
Stuff turkey just before roasting.
