Viennese Crescent Cookies

  • 1 cup walnut meats, finely ground
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2+1/2 cups flour
  • confectioner's sugar

Mix all but confectioner's sugar. Cut crescents from a rolled out sheet with a glass. Bake at 350 degrees from 15 to 18 minutes, until very light brown. Cool a minute or more, and roll in confectioner's sugar to coat. Arrange.
